Photo Assistant Rates

• Hourly Rate: $75/hour (2-hour minimum required)
• Half-Day Rate (Up to 5 hours): $275
• Full-Day Rate (Up to 10 hours): $500
• Overtime: $100/hour beyond 10 hours

On-Set Gear Rental Rates

• Westcott FJ 400 Strobe: $50/day each
• Universal Westcott FJ X2m Trigger: $10/day
• Rosco Gel Kit: $25/day
• Modifiers/Softboxes: $25/day each
• Octabox
• Softbox
• 7ft Umbrella with Sock
• 2ft and 4ft Umbrella
• Strip Box
• Snoot with Grid

Additional Expenses

• Travel Costs: Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, roundtrip. All parking fees, including valet or meter costs, are covered by the client.
• Meals: Provided by the client or reimbursed if not included on set.

Additional Fees

• Cancellation Fee: $100 if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled job.
• Rush Fee: $100 for bookings made within 48 hours of the job.

Payment Terms

• Invoicing: An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of job completion.
• Payment Due: Payment is due within 1 week of receiving the invoice.
